Online Order FAQ

You can select the products from the Shop Online for sample ordering. Once you decide to purchase a product, simply click to add to basket. Click on Checkout when you are ready to start the checkout process. As a new user, you are required to create an account and submit all personal details including shipping address. Review your order and proceed to purchase.
If you require larger quantities, please contact our sales team to request a quotation.

iWOW accept accepts PayPal and Credit Card payment methods. With PayPal, you may pay via Credit Card, or Debit Card without signing a Paypal account. These are all automatically performed by PayPal.
 

We do not store any credit card information. All billing information is prcocessd by Paypal, an online back operated by eBay. PayPal is secured by multiple industrial security technologies including solutions from VeriSign.
 

Request for a new password by clicking on Member Login, then enter your Username and click on “Lost your password?”. An email will be send to you to reset your password.
 

Once an order has been received by us, you will receive e-mail from us regarding the processing of your order. Within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped (dependent of stock availability), you will receive an e-mail that contains the carrier tracking number for your order.
 

If you required to update your registrion information, enter your e-mail and password from the login screen and edit your information under Your Detail.
Please update your information before any order is made.

Shipping charges are based on weight of the product ordered, shipping method selected, and destination of the order. You can view your total shipping charge when you place your order.
 

iWOW do not determine the taxes, customs, brokerage, or other fees that you can incur when the product enters your country. Therefore, the courier company will collect appropriate taxes, (VAT, GST, IVA and so on) and these fees directly from you when they deliver your order. For a more accurate estimate, you may check with the carrier (e.g Fedex).

Online price does not include GST, VAT and any other taxes, duties and local administrative fees countries outside Singapore and to be paid by the recipient.No tax is charged from the online store during the checkout process for orders shipping to countries. Instead, the carriers (FedEx/UPS) charge appropriate taxes and pay them to the appropriate authorities.

For shipment within Singapore, a 7% GST will be reflected when you checkout and proceed for payment.

If you received the wrong Product in your shipment, or something is missing from your order from us, please contact us at sales@iwow.com.sg. To assist us in expediting a prompt resolution of the shipping error, you will be asked to provide (i) your web order number and (ii) a description of the incorrectly shipped or missing item. We will then process a replacement shipment as soon as possible and provide return instructions, if applicable.

iWOW provides a one (1) year warranty for our Products covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of our Product and cannot be transferred to any other party.

To seek replacement of your Product based upon our warranty, please do the following:

(i) contact our technical support department at techsupport@iwow.com.sg;
(ii) if after contacting our service representative, he/she determines that the damaged product may be eligible for replacement under our warranty, you will be requested to complete the RMA form and enclose it with your Product for delivery to the address set forth below. The information supplied by you on the RMA Form is essential to us being able to try to assure expedient and proper processing of your warranty claim.
(iii) Upon receipt of the Product (if requested) and RMA Form from you, we, in our sole discretion, will determine if the damaged Product is entitled to replacement under our warranty.

You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the Product to us for replacement under our warranty. If we deem the Product returned by you to us qualifies for replacement under our warranty, we will pay the shipping and handling associated with returning a replacement Product to you.
